Email issues – 2.8.23

We’ve been made aware that some of our emails are not going through, including those to We identified that the issue started on Jan 30 after a platform update at our domain hosting provider, and a manual update is required to be done with our website hosting company. We’re working to get the update done as quickly as possible but there may be delays in receiving your emails for another 24-36 hours.

We know that this can be frustrating so please bear with us, as our crack IT team is working “24/7” to get this fixed!!  Once email service is restored, we’ll reach out again and let you know.
