Opening day and more!!

Hello DH members!!

It’s that time of year again. Trees are getting green, the pool cleanup is in full swing, our staff is in training and opening day is nearly here. AND opening day for the 2022 season will be Saturday, May 7 at 10 am.

The pool board will once again be grilling hotdogs and hamburgers for picnics on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. Family movie nights and tot, kid, and teen events are on the summer agenda. The annual Adult Dinner will be on July 16 and the now “annual” Oktoberfest will be on September 24. The calendar on our website is up to date, so please take a look and, keep an eye out for changes and additional membership events.

We’re especially excited that we’ve been able to get to a couple of long-standing asks from members. We’ll no longer have to fight the vending machines as we are opening our new SNACK BAR!! The new snack bar will be serving cold drinks (soft drinks!!), chips and candy, and ice cream.  We also have wireless access available around the entire facility!
